I will assist you in exploring the financial alternatives and determining the money required and the monthly payments that you can expect after making your purchase.

I will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your specific needs and assist you in the final selection.

I will handle all of the red tape and negotiations, carefully explaining all written documents and providing you with a copy of all that you have signed.

I will assist you in selection of inspectors, attorneys, and others involved in the transaction. I will negotiate any repairs etc. that may be necessary for a smooth closing. I will also accompany you to closing.
